What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store, so it can remember something between pages or visits. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way. UK law, under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, says a site may only store or read them without your consent when they are strictly necessary for something you have asked for.
What this website sets itself
This website sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies of its own. We do not use cookies to follow you around the web or build a profile of you.
The site is built on WordPress. WordPress sets cookies when someone logs in to manage the site, to keep that session secure. Visitors who are not logged in do not receive these. They are strictly necessary for running the site and do not need consent.
Third-party content on our pages
Two parts of the site load content from other providers, who may set or read cookies, or receive your IP address, when that content loads.
The enquiry form
The form on our quote and contact pages is embedded from Mortaro, the service that receives our enquiries. It may use what it needs to load the form, protect it from spam and submit your enquiry. Their own policies explain any cookies they use.
The map
The coverage map on some pages displays map tiles from OpenStreetMap. To show the tiles, your browser requests images from OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive your IP address and the usual technical details of the request. OpenStreetMap's tile service is run by the OpenStreetMap Foundation under its own privacy policy.
The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp in a new window or in the app on your phone. Once you are on WhatsApp, its own cookie and privacy terms apply.
| Source | Purpose | Who sees it |

Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. Each browser explains how in its help pages: look for privacy, cookies or site data. You can also block third-party cookies only, which leaves the site itself working normally.
If you block cookies for the enquiry form provider, the form may not load or submit. You can always email us or message us on WhatsApp instead, as shown on the contact page.
If anything changes
If we add analytics or any other tool that sets non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before those cookies are set. For how we handle the personal details you send us, see our privacy policy.
